Instructions:

Please direct all pitches to Huffy Nazarudin via e-mail only. You can use the contact form which is available on the website. Please begin with the subject line with the phrase “Guest Post Proposal:”. If we’re interested in your story (which we usually are), we will contact you within two weeks at most, but if you haven’t heard back within two weeks of submitting your proposal, please feel free to follow-up via e-mail.

Some suggested guest post topics and are:

• product reviews (skincare,makeup,hair products, beauty tools etc.)
• product comparisons (where you compare 2 or more similar products)
• how-to’s/step-by-step tutorials (where you show how to use a product, create a makeup look or hairstyle)
• submit a list post with tips and photos (e.g 3 steps how to choose the perfect concealer shade,  5 ways to wear dark lipstick)
• personal experiences with a cosmetic procedure/plastic surgery.

If you’re interested (and we hope you are), please read the following guidelines closely. They contain important photo  and video  requirements  and other details.

What We Offer In Return:

• A not-so-short bio on each published post for self-promotion (exposure to upwards of 100,000 visits/month)
• Link to your blog/website on each published post
• Link to your Twitter and Facebook page on each published post
• Special preference on product samples and giveaways. (You get first dibs! )

Some Points To Remember:

• Please submit only original material i.e material that you have written yourself. You may submit material that you have published before on other blogs/sites, but there should be a fresh spin or an update on the material.
• We reserve the right to edit posts for readability or relevance.
• Please check your spelling, grammar and punctuation carefully.
• We try to accept all material that are relevant to the scope of this blog namely topics covering asian beauty, skincare,hair and makeup. However, you are welcome to email us first if you would like our input before you start.

• Posts may be of any length up to 5,000 words. If it’s longer than 1000 words, we might edit it or break it into two or more posts.
• Feel free to link within your post to other websites, as long as its relevant.

Photo and Video Requirements:

• All photographic images should be no less than 500 pixels wide (a larger photo is fine), and please try to not use pictures taken with a camera phone unless they are crisp and clear. Often they’re just too blurry or grainy. If we find your written material interesting but your photos of unacceptable quality, we would ask you to take another photo or we might replace them.
• If you are submitting a video, please email us the completed video with your submission so we may upload it to our blog and Youtube channel.
• Please submit your original video, not a video that has already been posted to another channel.
